Kardex was great to work with and made the process of installing and setting up the machines much easier than we anticipated. The system was up and running fast. Easy to operate and our employees love working with the units. They learn how to use it quickly and make less mistakes. Recommended! Vertical lift units are great. Took a little getting used to but wed never go back. Kardex team explained it all and technicians really know what theyre doing. They even helped us organize our inventory on the shelves. Great customer service! We loved working with George . We were running out of space in our warehouse but there was no way we could move. Its an old building with high ceilings so vertical storage was an option. After speaking with many companies, we settled on Kardex and Im glad we did. They answered all our questions and helped with set up. Now all of our parts and tools fit in less space and its much easier to find things when we need them. I would highly recommend talking to Kardex if you have a situation like ours.
