I have been using Kevin, Roy and Judy since 2012. I wish I could give them 5 starts for each year. They are very detailed and knowledgeable when I have any questions. I love that I have a place I can trust to do my taxes.

Roy and Pat have gone above and beyond to help with our business tax needs, theyre knowledgeable and professional. They make you feel so comfortable when talking about your finances and taxes. Would recommend them to anyone!

I have been doing all my personal, business taxes, and all my bookkeeping, with First Coast Tax & Accouting, since 2017. All staff members have been like family to me and been respectful and professional always. Roy Reid and Patrick Matthews, they go on and beyond to make sure all your taxes are done right the first time, all the time. Patrick Matthews and Roy Reid is always a phone call away to answer any questions you may have. I had to move down to central Florida and have to get a nearby accountant. Very sad I have to leave from First Coast Tax & Accounting, after all these years. I know that I won't find anyone better than these guys. These guys are the best. Yes, I really appreciate all their hard work. I also recommend anyone in the Jacksonville FL area to give these people a chance to work with you because, for me, they are the best. God bless First Coast Tax & Accounting and all their staff member. Thank you all for doing business with us.

If I could give negative Stars I would. When Roy Reid took over Kevin Hackett First Coast Tax and Accounting practice was when all my problems started. Kevin had done our taxes for years with no problems, when Roy took over they were mistakes and problems EVERY Year, 2016 and 2017. I would have Kevin Hackett review them after Roy did them and he would side with Roy that they were done correctly. I give me some stupid reason for what happened. I had to get a new accountant this past year due mistakes that were being made. They did not give us our full exemption, he put in wrong info EACH year and forgot to have 2017 direct deposited even after I was assured from Roy Reid and Judy Wolf that they would be. Called yesterday September 12, 2019 to set up a meeting to talk to Roy about my concerns for Monday September 16, 2019 and was told by Judy Wolf that if there were NO errors they would charge me. I was fine with that seeing is I have proof that they are wrong. Today September 13, 2019 I woke up to a voicemail from Judy stating they were cancelling my appointment. I called back to ask why, she stated they have already been filed and accepted and since I need copies (which I thought yesterday I might, but I have the last 4 years. Last 1 Kevin Hackett did, 2 that Roy Reid did and this past year from my new Accountant). I told her I had them all and that I can show what the mistake is and that he needs to send in a corrected form. Judy put me on hold then informed me that it will cost me $300 for him just to look at them. This is NOT what I was told yesterday. This is the ONLY CPA I have talked to that wouldn't even look at what they did wrong and refile for free. He wont even meet with me unless I pay him $300 to look at them. Absolutely unacceptable. Unless you have a super simple return (which if you do , just use Turbo tax) First Coast Tax and Accounting is incompetent, unprofessional and has NO integrity. I have filed a complaint with BBB. American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Enrolled Agents( AICPA and NAEA didn't have a place to write a complaint but emailed both to see how I go about filing one).. Next will be the IRS and the National Bar Association. DO NOT USE this company!!!!
