Seemed weird as soon as we signed lease. The employee wouldnt let us in the apartment until it was perfect. A few days later we arrived, and saw multiple dead roaches. The first night we were there, multiple German roaches started crawling out of kitchen appliances and also bedroom appliances as well. Even the power outlets. We called and they said someone left the apartment with food sitting out before we cleaned it but why was it still happening if everything was taken care of? We continued to get basic pest control with the apartment, but no results. One time the pest control guy didnt even spray because we didnt pull the fridge out and clean behind it well enough. 2 years later and there were still German roaches everywhere. Once we thought they were gone, my partner opened up one kitchen cabinet and saw a nightmare of PILED UP dead roaches behind the cabinet. If the roaches werent enough, we would get constant noise complaints in which we would just be walking around the apartment. Upon leaving, they sent us a $900 bill in the mail (which they even charged us POSTAGE for) saying they needed to re grout the bathtub and paint. We have complained multiple times to maintenance and front office, as the bathroom was like that since we moved in but they did nothing. Why should we have to pay? We did not damage the bathtub or the surrounding area. The gate was awful. Good luck getting food delivered. Then they decided to raise our rent $300 so we moved out promptly when our lease was up. Garbage was always stockpiled outside of the compactor. Its extremely disrespectful to think that these conditions were move in ready. Literally gave it two stars because of the area. Please, if you value your money and your respect, I would stay away. Way overpriced for the garbage customer service, maintenance, and all the disgusting bugs.
