        IT WAS FANTASTIC WHEN IT WAS NAMED OCEAN OAKS AND MELISSA WAS IN MANAGEMENT BUT NOT NOW THE NEW MANAGEMENT NEVER TOOK CARE OF ME HOT WATER ISSUES WITH MY SHOWER PROBLEM BUT IT'S TOO LATE GUYS I'VE MOVED OUT BECAUSE YOUR NEW MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING OR CARE ABOUT MY H20 ISSUE BTW I WAS ALWAYS ON TIME WITH ME RENT $$$$ AND NEVER GOT THE HELP I NEEDED AND HAD A SNAKE IN ME HOUSE UNIT#63 AND NOTHING WAS FIXED ABOUT ME HOT WATER ISSUES I DID ENJOY LIVING THERE WHEN IT WAS OCEAN OAKS APARTMENTS BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL STAFFING PERSONNEL REALLY CARED ABOUT THE " PEOPLE TENANTS " WHO LIVED THERE
