Dr. Masel is a leader is the area in finding the best treatments for BPH. He is very straightforward and clear in communications. His assistant Maria is not only very knowledgeable but also very kind. They are a great combination!

He is irresponsible, ordered a med that requires close monitoring and NEVER ordered blood work.  When our internist found a big issue, he refused to call the patient (and we said HE doesn't need to call- just have someone let us know what he is changing to), and finally, after four days called and was incredibly rude/aggressive. Claimed he's busy and has no time to talk to patients.  Awful.

Dr. Masel is one of the best! Polite, kind, and friendly (not all doctors have these attributes), he is an amazing urologist, who is extremely knowledgeable about this system in the body, but remains compassionate despite the science. His team and medical assistants are also helpful and efficient, especially Rebecca who made our visits seamless! Thank you!

This facility gives you excellent service the nurse practitioner and the secretary she is puerto Rican very nice loving professionals they have the patience to sit and explain everything to you,wonderful staff.they were nice to take a pic with Anthony caravella who did 27 yrs in prison for a crime he never committed.

The worst experience my father had with the women in the front desk!! The doctor is great but I will have to look for another Doctor for my dad I even drove to the office because he needed help with paper work and they didn't offer to help. I guess there is zero Compassion with this doctor's office. Would not recommend.
