Terrible customer service. Rude with no people skills whatsoever. I waited a month for an appointment only to have it delayed for another month and they will not reach out to you to let you know your appointment is upcoming. 0/10 do not recommend

Just got home from Hospitol in bed 4 weeks I am unable to go his office I asked his girls to have dr Kim rebadged me film and please call me. She told me because I havent seen him since February that he cant call I have to come in how stupid is that

The worst customer service. I never met the doctor. I had an appointment today, but unfortunately the personnel has no customer service skills. I showed the receptionist the wrong card and she was pretty grumpy so I called my insurance company to get the correct one, they sent it but the receptionist wanted to speak to the representative to ask about coverage and copay and everything. I ask her if she doesn't have the system to check internally but she responds with a hateful attitude and I let her know that she hasn't been kind, then a huge lady opened the door and approached me, violating personal distancing with a threat tone telling me to let the girl do her job. I immediately left that place. It's really a shame that the name of an exceptional specialist be tainted by their support staff. See the latest reviews on customer service experiences.
