Was promised 20 chairs for a Christmas Eve event at my home tomorrow. Just called to reconfirm tomorrows delivery and suddenly it was a miscommunication. Unfortunately I cant do anything about it as the conversations were mostly verbal but Id hope anyone reading this learns from my mistake and stays far far away from this type of unprofessional conduct.
