Miami Party Rental & Events

These people were horrible!!! First I reserved a mermaid 3 weeks in advance and the confirmed she would be there but they called me the Thursday before my daughters birthday which was on a Saturday to tell she wasn't going to make it. Then I had asked for my tables and chairs to arrive on Friday since the party wa Saturday and they never arrived I called and text over 20 times Saturday morning to no response so I had to go out and find other rentals the same day. Then they showed up at my house at 2 pm with the rentals were un apologetic and rude when I told them I didn't need them any more.

Horrible people and horrible company! The only reason they have good reviews is because they offer 15% off you total if you review before the event. The owner lizy even has fake reviews in here. They also go by cache party and cache tents and events (Probably because they are so bad the only way to get business is to change the name). They might be cheap but I'd pay more just to make sure I'm getting good rentals and so that I know that job is being done right. Just so that you don't think I'm being dramatic I'll tell you this much, on the day of my wedding some of the rentals were not delivered until 30 minutes before the first guest arrived. Not to mention they set up the lights in the tent completely wrong, and that's just a percentage of what went wrong with this company! Don't use them, odds are you'll regret it!
