Horrible customer service!!!! They had no empathy towards me at all, I was the last one to leave the salon and accidentally left behind my water mug, I called the next day as soon as they opened and asked if they had it, the lady that answered the phone said "Yes they did", but when I went to go pick it up they told me they didn't have anything!! They didn't even care All they said was "That is not their problem and that they aren't going to do anything about it"!!! They stole my mug and didn't want to pay for it back!!! And when I asked to speak to the owner they said he wasn't in the building and than I asked to see the camera's and conveniently for THEM the camera's at the place don't work!!! So they basically have the camera's for decorations!!! And it wasn't any mug you buy at the Dollar Store, it was a Baby Blue YETI mug that cost $50!!!! Horrible!!! People like me work hard for the things they get and they just didn't care!!!!

Very rude 😒 Not professional at all. Horrible experience! Stay away from here. Poor job at doing nails. It's bad enough that they don't understand you but they don't care!

Never ever ever go to this place to get anything done, it was the worst service that I ever had in my life. Went there to have a gel refill and the nail tech did not even talk to me and was very impatient with me when I had to pick the color. I went there with one of my nails completely off and when the nail tech put it on, he put it on crooked, when I told the nail tech he had put it wrong, he ignored it and continued to do his job. Later on that day I went back to tell the nail tech again that my nail was put on crooked, he just kept on telling me that I was wrong, and that if I wanted it done again to do it with his manager because he was not going to deal with me. My nails at this place did not even last me 2 weeks, 3 nails fell off and I took 2 by myself. I went to another salon to have the other 5 taken off because they would not come off by themselves, having my nails soaked for an hour they still were not budging and it was a very glue-type substance. My manicurist had to take an hour just to take off my nails and had to reconstruct all the nails plus the same nail that was put on crooked had a fungus that was eating my nail, never ever ever go to this place to get your nails done!!!!!!
