I made an appointment for 1:00PM with Edith which the lady who took my phone call told me to come in at that time. Once I got there at 12:55PM I saw that she was busy and waited for a while. That while turned into an hour later and finally once I was getting up to leave a petite lady with blonde hair called me to the massage chair and foiled me up with acetone to remove the gel from my hands and my feet. I sat there for another hour. It was now 3PM and finally Edith came to me that during the weekend they do not take appointments because of so many walk-ins especially on Sundays. Then why would the lady with red hair who is always there and a veteran worker there tell me to come in at 1PM, right? Bottom line the service is awful, the wait time is ridiculously long, and they charge to take off the gel if you are a first time client REGARDLESS of how long of a wait you had and miscommunication of information. The job was not an amazing job. A week in with a gel manicure and 5 nails BROKE. I have very strong nails but who knows what acetone they used. Who knows what products they use. It was a terrible finish and a terrible job. My nails have never broken the way they did and 5 nails all at once. They obviously left the acetone way too long. They are extremely unprofessional.
