John Jones AC Heating Refrigeration

John D. Jones replaced a failed split system heat pump at our corporate office on 251 east seventh avenue in Tallahassee, Florida. Knowing that the unit failed during the cold season, John D. Jones went the extra mile to insure we were up and operational in record time. To exacerbate the situation the unit failed during the Christmas holidays, obviously adding to the installation difficulties. Not to mention the ongoing supply line and labor problems created by the COVID challenges. Our experience with John D. Jones was nothing less than stellar from the time the problem was originally diagnosed until the new unit was installed and fired up. They were courteous, professional and competent.
