Dave came to repair my ice machine. He was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He misdiagnosed the problem with the machine and told me if I took the bottle of wine in the ice out it would be ok. I asked him to clean the machine since he was here and he said we would, and then charged me $95 for the service call.A couple days later the machines ice production dramatically changed (for the worse). I texted him and he came back over to "tighten" a cap and said that should do it. The next day I had even less ice and it was not forming properly. I texted him a picture and asked him to come back.No response.A few days later I texted again and also called.No response.I never heard from him again.I called around and found a man to to come ACTUALLY repair my machine. When he was first was diagnosing the problem he showed me all of the dirt and grime in the back of the machine THAT WAS NEVER CLEANED. SO, I PAID $95 for pleasantries and the run around but no service on my machine.If you need your ice machine repaired, call Steve Taylor with Guaranty Appliance 850-528-3079.He was honest, punctual, and wouldn't quit until he had repaired my ice machine. It took 3 visits to troubleshoot and do it, but it is back up and running perfectly now. Labor was $90. Oh, and HE CLEANED IT, TOO.

I do not recommend this guy a total ripoff and unprofessional.

Came sooner than expected. Didn't take long to fix stove. Will cook tomorrow!
