I was very pleased with my experience at this location. Jake was a huge help with my technical difficulties with a laptop and also transferring some old pictures to an external hard drive. Very knowledgeable and patient with me and I had my toddler with me as well!

I am very very disappointed in this office depot. Recently I had a fairly large printing order for the company I work with, and they were nothing but difficult, had no customer service skills, and were generally unhelpful the entire time. They were very rude to me as a customer when I was just trying to find out what was happening with my time sensitive order, since they weren't following up properly. (I was ordering through the company account, and instead of calling me - like I asked multiple times and put as the pickup person - they called the name on the account) I will not be going back.
My project was time sensitive and they couldn't complete it within a week. I HIGHLY suggest renaissance printing, they completed my order that was having so much trouble at office depot in 45 minutes. It also was only $1 more. If you want a printing service that actually delivers good service, go there!

The woman at the register with short hair and glasses was incredible. She greeted us, walked us through the location of the items we needed, and helped us save money at the register. As someone who prefers "one stop shops" like Target, I rarely go to specialty stores like Office Depot. From this experience, I am much more likely to shop at this company now. Best store employee I have met in a long time.
