Central Florida Office Plus

As much as I want to support my local community and spend my money at locally owned business, I will never be coming back here. Local or corporate - if you slip people fees without ever discussing them - they will be disappointed. I came in to print 3 double-sided color pages, which should have cost me $1.80. You can imagine my surprise when my total for 3 pages came to $4. They have a $2 "extraction" fee to print your document which is conveniently not mentioned until you question your total. Yes, simply for plugging in your USB drive, opening it, and clicking 'print'. I wish a minute of my time was worth $2. The clerk's sheepish, "Sorry, it must have slipped my mind... hope it won't keep you from coming back to visit us" seriously did not help. Any other place would have not simply apologized for not disclosing a fee that comes to 50% of your TOTAL, but removed it that one time. Hate to say it but I'll be going back to lining Office Depot's corporate pockets, where I always know exactly what my costs are.
