Everyone was very nice, but still have not received refund after almost a month. Was promised that mattress would be delivered next day, which was false. After calling several times, still could not get a delivery date. My daughter was in need of a mattress, so requested a refund. Still have not received after requesting on 2/13/19. Just spoke with Cassie at customer service, who expressed that I should get refund by Thursday. Today is Saturday. Again, everyone was nice, but feel that I have been mislead. Dishonest business practices. Gave one star because that was the lowest option. I wouldn't give it any stars if I had that option.

This was a great place to buy a mattress. Vince was very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't pressure us to buy. He didn't push us towards the most expensive mattress either. I think we got a fair deal. We had been to two other stores and felt this store gave us the most information and the best deal. I feel they had good customer service. If they deliver on time I'll be really happy but that remains to be seen.

I ordered a Tempurpedic and it was delivered on a Tuesday and the box spring was damaged. The delivery guys were extremely rude and said “it’s fine you can get it exchanged within 3 daysâ€. I call the store multiple times and it went straight to voicemail so I drive to the store to tell them what happened. Arthur is there, was very apologetic and says no “no problem, I’ll send one out by Thursdayâ€. Thursday comes and no delivery, I call the store and speak to Arthur 3 times and he assured me it’s on the truck for delivery. Arthur is very apologetic again and assures me it will be delivered Friday. Friday still no delivery. Obviously, I’m being given the run around. I call the store again and Bill answers said that it won’t be until Saturday. I was clearly upset and got a call back from Maggie, the original salesperson who works in another store now and she explained to me that the problem lied in the delivery company. On Wednesday, the delivery guys had refused to do any deliveries and that pushed everyones deliveries back. Edit: Replacement box spring was delivered on Saturday. The NEW delivery guys were much nicer than the first crew. Maggie's customer service was GREAT but I had to be persistent in calling almost every day. I think the achilles heel of this company is their delivery service. If the current crew remains, they will be much better off. Their made customer service line is no better - I was on hold for over 12 minutes and was just sent to voicemail. Make sure to inspect everything really well before accepting delivery!
