If I could leave negative stars I would. I live in a neighborhood that has an association and employs this company for the common areas. We planted a avocado tree that was given to me by my mom who is dying from pancreatic cancer and their employee ran over it and cut it in half. This very poor company refuses to replace the tree. They have also time and again driven across our driveway and yard to get to the common area after being asked repeatedly not to do it.
I don't know how any person or company can live with themselves knowing they destroyed something given to remember a loved one.
Poor company and poor morality.

Updated to 3 stars for continued improvement
Updated to two stars since they came out and addressed issues. Will increase rating further if service level stays improved.
Similar experience as others. I have had several issues and don't get returned calls or emails. The quality of job done by these guys is pitiful. They are contracted by our HOA for front lawn maintenance and I pay them for my backyard (not for much longer) and they never edge, constantly leave trimmings on my back porch. Photos below of today's cut job. Just sad.

Never used them and never will. One of their employees just cut me off and tried to hit my car in order to skip me in a line. Totally uncalled for!
