Davis Watkins was very professional and kind, since the first day Malachi Perkins was very professionally and guided us throughout every step, they allowed us to order our own casket and had it delivered the day before the funeral. Thanks for everything truly 10 stars

This funeral home is spotless! Beautiful. The staff is friendly and genuinely caring. Highly recommended.

While they were kind and professional. I didnt appreciate the guilt trip and hard pressure sales tactics. They insisted we had to embalm, not true if you have a closed casket service. They insisted we had to order their casket and vault, even though we ordered ours from Costco. When we insisted we were doing it anyway, we were told we had to have it delivered 3 days before the services, We were told it would likely be damaged in shipping, and we were taking a big risk for not ordering it from them. Costco was $1000 for the casket, they were charging $4900. Costco charged $1300 for the vault, Davis Watkins was nearly double that. They did a little photo tribute, and charged us $25 for a second copy. Come to find out, they charged us a $20 to FedEx it, (which we didnt need) and come to find out they sent it via USPS and it cost them $1 postage.
