Bella Vista Apartments

I'm in process of moving here moving some items in now, just saying I love my apartment! Like they say on here maintenance is always there as soon as you need them! Staff is very friendly and helpful (thx to Terri) for helping the move go smoothly and I'm looking very forward to fully moving in

Was looking for new apt due to my moms passing,,contacted Terri n Katie at Bella vista. Made appt n was shown model apt. They answered all questions n concern's.they assisted with any online issues.downsized to a 1 bedroom n its very spacious with lots of closets.moving can b very stressful especially when ur mourning but these ladies were extremely helpful n comforting.I love my new apt n like my mother always said theres no place like home thank u Terri n Katie

1 month in and its been great so far. Quiet, clean corridors, and Katie at the front desk has been especially helpful. From the moment we signed she was very kind and helped us through the whole process.

Not interested in showing apartments felt like they were put out. Grounds not in great condition looked like drugs being dealt in the parking lot. Not a great place Update: I saw that the owner replied to my post. It does not surprise me at all that they just denied what I said. The fact that you looked up and saw that I never lived there is hilarious.! of course I never lived there. I never made it past trying to view the apartments. Wouldnt live there or suggest it to anyone I know. Actually viewed and did a walk through of an apartment. Of course it was the model so it looked great. Again, let me say the young lady who took me on a tour did it begrudgingly. It seems like I was interrupting her and putting her out for actually doing her job. I barely got to see the grounds which was fine, because what I did see wasnt appealing. The fact that you have no record of me even walking the grounds is just another testament to how lacks your employees are. In the process of viewing apartments every other place took my drivers license, asked for my phone number and email. That was not done at your facility. So instead of just trying to deny my review if you really are the owner why dont you spend some time on the property and see whats happening there. In all honesty, I at least count myself lucky that I didnt get any further than just viewing and apartment. I feel blessed I didnt get stuck in a long lease there.
