I just gave this apartment a call to inquire about a unit. A male staff picked up the phone and refused to talk after I said, "hello," and attempting to conversate with him. Then I called again, and someone picked up the phone but refuse to talk. Very unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Employee needs to be FIRED!

I moved in while they were doing renovations and all I can say is patience is not for the faint hearted. Thankfully we all endured hardship management, tenants, the contractors working on this project etc and it came out AMAZING. All the appliances are new, the gym, playground open green areas where the kids can play, its gated, cameras recording 24/7, security on site, **location location location** and never ever have I felt like Autumn, Peter, Judith and all the techs have been negligent or apathetic of any damages or concerns Ive ever had. My neighbors are a blessing, there is no noise at night they've implied strict rules and regulations where the techs do preventative maintenance and regular inspections.

2nd year living here the amount of roaches that come in my apartment through the walls is insane I have always woke up every morning killing at least 3 roaches I clean dishes every night and try to do my own pest control and nothing works they living in the walls with us this is VERY unacceptable. One morning I found a roach dead under my pillow while having my bed sheets clean 2 days prior.. this place is DISGUSTING
