        We rented a cargo van online. then they didnt have one and tried to charge us for a bigger van and charge us for so many extra fees. while we were there a lady came in and had to pay for a tow truck cause her budget van broke down 1 mile down the road right after she had picked it up. Didnt seem like they knew what they were doing. took SO LONG. went to Uhaul and we got what we asked for and the process took about 2 minutes

        Do not rent from this company! They called me 30min before my pick up time for a moving truck and told me that they didnt have one for me. I had to scramble to try and find a moving truck last minute.
