The entire experience with the company was seamless, even when we had a slight hiccup with what we thought the amount to be shredded was, versus what we actually ended up needing done. I was unable to park in a permitted handicap parking space at the YMCA in Naples due to your truck parked in 4 handicapped parking spaces! I have a valid handicap parking permit and your vehicle does not. I couldn’t find your driver and essentially when I called your office your phone person just hung up. Even though your driver was there for 30 minutes, he blocked 4 cars and members from using the YMCA. Please consider how your actions affect others.

Thomas has been our ShredQuick guy every since we started some 3 - 4 years now. He is very polite and professional. Very helpful when we forget he is coming and we still have papers not in the box. Thanks for the wonderful service.

If you need to shred use this company!!!! Fantastic service from scheduling to better pricing than their competitors to shredding on site. Driver was even early, waited for me with no problem and was soooo helpful with my boxes. He was friendly, efficient and I can't say enough about this driver and company. In this day and age where it is hard to get good reliable pleasant helpful service, this company shows good people still do services for us. !!!! When I need shredding they will definitely have my business!!!!!!
