      image In the College Parkway Store yesterday. Worst customer Service experience ever and it came from the Manager! After reading these reviews and some over on Yelp, seems I'm not the only one who received less than acceptable treatment. Wow.

      image I never post reviews but I had to for my experience today, I had to come print a mailing label because my moms printer was out of ink, the printer at Office depop for some reason wasnt syncing up with the cable & Jacob came and helped probably took 20 mins to get it working but Jacob was with us every step of the way, very calm, cool & collective with incredible poise he didnt give up nor give us attitude he was very kind & informative people like him give me faith in humanity GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE A BONUS OR WHATEVER NEED BE I will be coming back JACOB FOR PRESIDENT 2024
