Puh-la-teez studio is my go-to Pilates studio when Im visiting my best friend in Fort Myers. Ive taken both group classes and a private from studio owner Bridget. Everyone here is so welcoming to new comers who may be visiting the area (like me) - its such a warm and inviting studio that you always feel at ease no matter the teacher. The workout you get is top notch - and challenging depending on the class you are in. But regardless of which class or teacher, the cues are always clear and allow you to focus on your form and get the most of your time in class. Im so fortunate to have found this studio and cant wait to come back during my next visit. Just another reason to visit Ft. Myers.

I was having back stiffness & just felt lacking physically, nothing medically wrong- just lack of proper exercise- I took a private session to see what Pilates was all about & started taking two classes a week. Fast forward 4 months & my entire body feels great. No more back issues - I love these classes.
I have taken classes from 5 different Instructors and they are all well trained professionals! While I have my favorite class schedule, if I cant make my regular classes I know that I can go on a different day & get an excellent workout from any of the instructors. I highly recommend Pilates at this studio.

Puh-lateez is the very best Pilates studio! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, safe, effective and fun! If you are a true Pilates devotee, this is the only studio that will challenge you!
