I have been taking Pilates classes from Jennifer ever since she became an instructor. I had two instructors prior to Jennifer , but Jennifer is by far the best! It takes me thirty five or more minutes to get to her studio, but I will go wherever she teaches.

Jennifer is the BEST! I cannot express the appreciation I have for her and her reformer classes. I truly believe she has saved me from back surgery!
I have been with Jen for approximately 2 years. Each and every class is amazing. My posture is better, I feel balanced and fit. Jen is very specific throughout class and watches each client so carefully with their form to get the exact result and benefit from each exercise. Amazing!

Love Your Core Pilates was hands down one of the most challenging Pilates classes I have had. I have been doing Pilates for a while (I live in Manhattan NY) and of course I compare any other class to that of one from NY .
Jen lead a fun , diversified class and my barometer is of course how sore I am the next day. Love Your Core Pilates did not disappoint !

Ultimate experience. Very clean and sanitized with excellent instructor. Would love to take in some classes via zoom while traveling. Sarah is fantastic

I highly recommend taking these barre classes! I started taking the classes 4 years ago on my first Ft Myers visit and have continued to do so every time I visit Fort Myers. Each time I have always gotten the best workouts!!! Plus both instructors are so friendly and very welcoming!!!
