They are lucky they got one (1) stars. This company SHOULD NOT be used, ever! They don't show up when they say they will be there. They don't call to say they couldn't make it. They don't return phone calls from either voice messages I left or from the after-hours service people. They simply DO NOT follow up. The work we had completed back in April was not done properly. We ended up with a clogged drain that backed up into our condo. I called to have them come out to urgently take care of the issue and obviously they just didn't care. I called another company, AC All Stars, and they came out immediately to fix the problem. That's the company to call, not these clowns. I still haven't heard back from these idiots, after calling them three (3) times. DON'T USE THEM! Service: AC maintenance

That's sad to hear john Matthews, I knew you from best homes, and i was willing to change over, you have always surpassed expections, excelled at your job and bring a professional look to any work environment, their loss wish you the best, one of their vans high top passed me on i-75 around 11ish am they got off on immokalee beware driver was going atleast 90mph.

Horrible customer service! Charged us $170.00 service call fee and tech was only at our place 15 minutes. Tech blamed everything on prior A/C company. Was going to charge us $450.00 to for labor to replace 2 parts. Tech left the job before the job he started was finished because the receptionist called and told him he gave out too much information about the prior owner, Mr. Jones. He told us, he felt uncomfortable so he left. We waited over a week with 95 degrees temperatures for the tech to come and fix our A/C. We have an elderly parent living with us and have been waiting for our A/C to work. The tech told us he didn’t care for our Rheem A/C and he would have never sold us such a high tech A/C. He also talked poorly of the prior owner. We sadly, didn’t realize the prior owner sold his business. We liked him. He was knowledgeable and polite. Unfortunately, A/CDirect.net doesn’t have the same customer service expectations. We won’t be using them again and hope you read all reviews before considering them. Especially, because there are so many competitors out there you could use.

We had the pleasure of recently having AC Direct Naples remove our old package AC unit and replace it with a new Bryant 3-ton/14 SEER package unit and a new programmable thermostat. From estimate to finished install, AC Direct did a great job. They were prompt and kept every appointment, either arriving early or on time. The AC Direct estimate was reasonable and delivered promptly by the end of the day AC visited. Other companies which provided estimates were late in arriving and late (by days) providing a written estimate. AC Direct did not try to upsell us, as one company did. I knew what I needed and wanted to replace my old unit and they complied, sticking to their written estimate.No last minute surprises, which is always good. JR and Silver did the install, arrived promptly, worked efficiently and neatly, and described every step of the process, always willing to answer questions. During the install another AC manager arrived to check on the progress and see if we had any questions or concerns. We recommend AC Direct and will be using them for all our AC needs in the city of Naples. Service: AC installation
