I had a queen size expensive bed spread cleaned at Dolphins. They did a beautiful job. Very pleased. Service was great !!

I took pillows to Dolphin to be cleaned. The woman was very confused and made two calls to a manager for help to check in the pillows. I was in a hurry and assumed she wood work it out. I picked up the pillows and once again trusted that I had what I took in. When I unpacked the pillows some days later, two large bed pillows were missing. They claim to not have them. My mistake is that I trusted them.

I took a silk shirt to be cleaned that admittedly had a couple of marks on it, i was told to sign a waiver which i have no idea what for ! when i returned to collect it the shirt was covered in stains they had probably tried to wash it in bleach, it was faded, stained all around the pocket absolutely horrific. the lady Amanda refused to give me the owners No so I could call them & she said she would get the owners to call me which they refused to do, Amanda called me & said they were not prepared to do anything to help me .
Absolutely horrific customer service & not fit to clean any garments
I would give - stars if i could & i see I am not the only person with this experience
