They ruined a $125 Untuckit dress shirt. Theres now two holes and a stain on the back middle of the shirt. I asked them to pay for the shirt or replace it and they said they could do a $20 credit. Why would I bring clothes back here if they ruin them and dont pay for it? My husband only wears this shirt with a jacket and he doesnt take the jacket off when he wears it so theres no way that hes somehow managed to put two holes in the back middle of a shirt with a stain and wouldnt have the same in the jacket or have at least noticed. We used to be regulars, but we will be switching now. Oh, and apparently the manager is never available unless you say youll wait for her to come back and then magically appears 2 minutes later.

I had my king comforter cleaned & it was ready the next day, it smells amazing. The prices arent bad at all compared to what I was paying at another place in Cape Coral & waited for almost a week. I highly recommend this place, I definitely will be a regular here now! :) thank you!

The place was expensive , but very friendly. I was in town for buisness couldnt leave the hotel and they came anyway to pick up and deliver . So expansive the great customer service made it worth it and my clothes were folded perfectly and neatly . Great service .
