        One star review based upon the service I received today… maybe you should watch and reevaluate your employees so you know what kind of service your customers are receiving… I shall stick with up’s store at Northridge where I am treated by adults who have proper customer service skills

        this UPS store is the worst. I have had two packages dropped off there that have gotten lost and/or never gone out. I will no longer be doing any business with this store. Either they are thieves or incompetent, but either way STAY AWAY!!!!
