Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza Corporate Office

I had the worst experience at the location at 512, North Pine Island Rd Plantation FL. The waitress (Brittany) was extremely rude and refused to place my order. I was advised by Brittany upon arriving to give her a minute and after standing unattended there for over 15 mins waiting, when asked, Brittany got extremely upset started yelling and told another employee ( the guy baking the pizzas) to handle him. Keep in mind, there were only two customers in the store at the time. Brittanys behavior and/or performance should be reviewed. Please note my order was for a party over 40 pies, (MLK day), but on a separate note, we did Papa John. Thanks Brittany for allowing us the option to choose , we enjoyed your competitor who was extremely pleasant.

Second time going to the one in Boca and totally not impressed at all. Wont go again. The service needs training big time. They gave me a plate that was dirty. Never came back to see if we needed anything. Also, the floor is slippery.

Went to your Wayne location in NJ this evening 7/12/2022 and the service and food was awful. Took 20 minutes to get drinks and then another 20 minutes to get wings and a salad while some of the works were standing around and talking. Then after an hour and half FINALLY got our 1 plain pie (we ordered 2 pies) the plain came out cold and NEVER received our other pie. Never will go back again and this has happened more than once.

We went specifically for the ribs and broccoli rabe and they took them off the menu. There are thousands of pizza places around. Their menu items made Anthonys special. No reason to go back!

We do takeout weekly and Tuesdays was not up to the standard we have been used to. We order the special which is pizza and salad. Pizza was great! The salad was made with "OLD" vegs, black olives smelled, lettuce was wilted, tomatoes were limp. Need I say more?
