Why are you coming up on my time line? Someone has posed as a Citi customer service representative yet was an imposter. You are washing over the real Citi customer service phone line then intercepting as the real Citi robbing their customers as legitimate bank employees

Citibank are one of the worst banks ever!! My account has been blocked for almost 2 weeks over a $50 fraudulent charge!!!! No ATM access, no charge access. Every day same thing- give us 1-2 hours!!!! Now theyre closing my account!! Unreal! Terrible! I will NEVER do business with them again and I recommend to stay well away!!!

You know I gotta tell ya, I have never had a credit card carrier reduce my available credit before. Saying 2020 is a rough year was a little of an understatement for me. So while pulling myself out of the debt I gained during this time there's nothing like hearing from you card company they reduced your available credit due to revolving credit accounts....... Really? So your gonna negatively impact my debt ratio by reducing my available credit, which inturn hurts my actual credit.... Shame on you. I have never had any kind of delinquency with any card carrier and your gonna impact me to protect yourself? They sure didn't have any issues approving me for the card but now I have some debt built up in worthless? Lol they literally lowered my limit to what I owed..... Nothing let's you know a company doesn't care like kicking em when their down. Citi you are horrible.
