Bath & Body Works

I called the store in Galleria Mall. My call was answered by a Krystal. I was searching for a product that I knew was a seasonal product but because she took the time to help and looked in her store for what I was searching for, actually to both our surprises there were 2 left and she kept them at the counter for me until I got there to make my purchase. Awesome experience and caring. Thank you Krystal.

I personally shop "small" but I joined a visiting friend on her shopping trip to this Bath & Body Works in the Galleria Mall. It was truly a very pleasant surprise! The store was very well stocked and visibly pleasant, great product selection and the customer service was exactly as it should be...EXCELLENT! Crystal was the manager who assisted us and she was delightful! Every employee in the shop had a smile on their face and interacted with a greeting . Great experience!

This is a nice Bath and Body Works. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This store has several scented fragrances, perfumes, soaps, and some lotion. There are samples of the fragrances and soap, which is pretty nice. I gave this Bath and Body Works five stars because it has a nice selection of products.
