        I wish they had better ways of booking an appointment. I didn’t know that after booking an appointment you have to call to put a card on file to confirm. I don’t know why that step isn’t just done online. I was excited to find a lash place close by but this was pretty disappointing. They said they called but my phone blocks spam calls sometimes…plus I got a text saying to confirm and I replied to that so I don’t know what else is needed to confirm an appointment. I won’t be coming back.
