The spa isnt flexible with time. You will be charge a 30% fee for moving your time up plus a 21% gratitude fee. Which is crazy! The manager Marisa Gonzales was no help whatsoever, she did not came out the office to talk to me. This is my first and last time coming here. When I first booked the appointment I was not inform there would be a move fee until the day of. Wish I was told when booking.

The spa was amazing super tranquil I loved all the amenities and staff . I did a 50 minute massage with chile and two words REQUEST HER !! The best massage Ive had in my life . Her personality was everything . I will definitely be coming back and referring her to my friends and family !

Lovely space but the front desk is horrible. The managers are horrible. Discrimination is a big thing here unless your VIP and can buy your respect. The manager Frank let me stand there while speaking with other guest who came in after me. None of them were darker toned like me so I felt ignored and he continued to ignore me. The front desk took forever to acknowledge me. The only person who did was KiKi who shared a similar skin tone to mine. Im not black but I am a person of color whos is Latino so I understood what he was saying as he spoke to the other visitors on Spanish. They could not accommodate my hair because they dont have stylists who work with several hair types. My massage therapist April was amazing. My nail tech Funda was great. Just the European standards have got to go. Its 2024 people.
