Juan Alvarez: Allstate Insurance

Mr. Alvarez has been my agent for many years. I currently have my car, home and boat insured with his agency and am very pleased. His co-worker Jasmine is so helpful, responsive and courteous and always advises me of applicable discounts. Luckily I have no had claims but my late husband had a fender bender and his claim was handled efficiently with no issues.

While I have had a great experience contacting Allstate Customer Service. The same can not be said for this agent's office. They do not respond to voicemails or return any phone calls. When you do get a hold of someone they are very brusque and rude. I have even requested a call back from Mr Alvarez directly both via phone and email and have never received a call to discuss my displeasure. I was assigned him when I became an Allstate customer and I have since requested a new agent.
