Poor customer service...Worst I have ever seen. She got herself involved in something shady because of her client because she sounded all nervous when I explained her that her client hit our truck who is inactive on FMCSA website yet carrying her insurance certificate around. They are going to get caught and so will Westward Insurance for fraudulent activities. Oh and she denied to submit our claim. She said to call the insurance company direct and deal with them. Claim processing is agent's responsibility but she didn't want to get herself involved because she knows its got FRAUD written all over it.

Great staff and very professional from the moment I walked in through helping me with my insurance discrepancy. Definitely sending everyone I can your way. Wish every company offered the great customer service I've received.

Absolutely horrid customer service. We call yesterday (8/4) to verify a truck is covered under policy for a motor truck carrier. The agents assistant tells us to email for the coverage to be verified. That is at 2pm on 8/4. I send another email two hours later as a 2nd request. I call this morning at 8am to double check on it, assistant again says to email, told her we already did twice and she says she will forward to the agent. 2 hours later, still nothing. We call again, assistant says agent is not available and wants to us to email again. We've been trying to verify simple coverage for a full day and they refuse to answer or get back to us. Terrible customer service and I would advise everyone to stay away.
