Very thankful for the guy in Walmart who filed my taxes for me at the last minute. He was less than 30mins away from closing and told me that he was able to do it for me really quick. Well he was nice and polite but I almost felt as if he was in a bit of a rush and he may or may not had missed something or I may have not understood what a question was meaning. But Im not too satisfied with what Im getting back on my tax refund but I cant complain too much at least Im getting something back .

My experience with Jackson Hewitt this year was amazing.. I always have a great tax preparation associate when I do my taxes with them. But this year was exceptionally excellent Ms. Lisa Cronin was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and most of all, extremely helpful! She exceeded her job over the top! If you are in the Defuniak Springs area and need your taxes done I would recommend you call Jackson Hewitt and make an appointment with Ms. Lisa Cronin! I will most certainly be requesting her from here on out every year! Thank you Ms. Lisa for all your help and I pray that you are blessed for the rest of your years! And thank you Jackson Hewitt for all you do for us!

Overall it was a great experience. Only thing was he was supposed to send me a copy of my papers which I havent yet received and I have so much going on I cant get back up to walmart

Rebekah is absolutely amazing!! Best service!!! So so sweet. Made sure I was well taken care of! Definitely will ask for her next year also!!! Update!! I did use Jackson Hewitt again this year!! Ethan was very friendly!! He made sure to do all he could do to help me!! I appreciate Jackson Hewitt so very much!!!
