So I came in Sunday to drop off not really knowing the process of anything and didn't really get much of an answer from the first person. I called up there the next day and Kari is the one that answered and told me she would figure out what was going on and would call me later to let me know. She called me at 715, way past closing time and asked if I was able to come up there right away and she would get everything handled for me. So I went straight up there and from the moment I walked thru the door I could just tell I was going to have a way better experience. She not only explained everything to me in a way that I would understand but also got me the highest amount that I could of got. She was very polite and made me feel like I was right at home. I will highly recommend her to anyone I know and I also now will have a new tax preparer for as long as she is working there. Thank u so very much beautiful, u are amazing and I can tell u really enjoy ur job and also really care about the people that come in and out!!! Thank u for being so very helpful and I hope I was as good of a customer as I think u are a worker!!! Really really happy!!
