I highered them to install propane tank to supply a generator . They applied for the permit with outdated insurance paperwork. Fixed that with in a week. Rescheduled install for 30 days latter. Showed up 4 days later on a Friday. Opened up a ditch across my driveway and left it with no caution tape or anything. The county inspector came 5 days later. They came back 6 days later to complete the install. Call for the final inspection which happened 8 days later. This company is not customer friendly !

Lisa was awesome! I'm a homeowner working on my first renovation project and I am learning that many things tend to go wrong or challenges pop up that require pivots and rescheduling. Whenever that happened with Discount Propane, Lisa always answered the phone, was very nice to speak to. She was able to get us on the schedule quickly for both install and inspection. Thank you Lisa! Give her a raise. :)

I am a loyal customer since last 7+ years. I have been paying my bills regularly, on time or before time. I requested for a delivery of propane when I smelled gas and saw that reading was zero. I paid $ 538.61 on 5/10/21 for that delivery. We didn't use any propane to heat up spa or pool for 2/3 months due to some medical and social reasons. When I tried to use it, it didn't work. When I checked, again reading was zero and there was strong smell of propane. So I requested for service to check for leakage. Their technician came after more than one month on 11/16/21.They were not ready to send me delivery before I pay $ 194.06 for this service call. So, I paid it, yesterday on 11/22/21. Finally, I received my delivery today. I paid another $ 578.99 today. WHEN I REQUESTED FOR CREDIT FOR MY PREVIOUS DELIVERY OF $ 5/10/21 WHICH I LOST DUE TO LEAKAGE, NO ONE ANSWERED. IS THIS FAIR? Normally I do not like changes and do not change any vendor or supplier, but after these bad experiences through out 2021, I am seriously thinking of changing this Company.

Having been with this company for 16 years, I would give this company 0 stars. The communication is very poor along with their service. I only stayed with them that long because changing companies would have been more of a hassle. After making an appointment to have my heater serviced, took the day off work only to have them not show up or even give me the courtesy of a phone call (the serviceman even told the office he was not going to make it). When I sold my house in August 2021 I put in a work order to have my rental tank shut off. Not only did they not shut it off, but sent me a bill for the next 3 months for tank rental instead of sending me a credit. The woman on the phone when I called about this told me the shut off was rescheduled for November 12th. Now I haven't owned the house since August 16th. And was then told I will have to wait till after that to get my refund. Overall, this is not a reputable company to work with. Their lack of communication and poor work ethics makes this a very poor company to do business with.
