Called to get pilot lights started. Was told &107. Came early because of cancellation and was in my neighborhood. Man gets out of truck checks propane tank Tells me its empty gets back in truck and leaves. Im not a customer. Get a bill $107 for service call. Turns out there WAS enough propane to start the pilot. Neighbor did it 15 seconds. I gave him $20. He reluctantly took it Nothing to it

Worst company EVER!!! They get you on the hook leasing a tank then when you have an issue leave you without gas for over a month!! Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and use someone else!!!

By far the worst company I've ever come across. Unfortunately I rent and my landlord using this company but for now because I'm finally convincing her to give me permission to get another company. I use propane for heat and hot water and I can't tell you how many times I've run out or I have to call them for a delivery when getting close to running out but yet I was on an automatic delivery plan! I have a daughter on disability and they could care less if I have no propane well guess what there are laws to protect my daughter and I'm about to come down !After calling to get ask about my delivery I was told it was more than a week away and to ask for next day was like a shock for them but no I'm sitting on my gauge below 20% yet my gauge is 10% off um yes deliver next day. Why are they so hard to work with! Yup! I'm done! Not sure how they are even in business in the first place!
