Great experience, we got an excellent deal on our matress due to the location closing. The customer service was a great experience as well. This is now the second matress ive purchased from the mattress firm company and both times have been great deals and great customer service.

Literally just left mattress firm where my daddy treated me to a new bed and we had the absolute pleasure of having Roger as our sales associate. He dealt with my changing of mind about a million times before I got it right He also was very realistic and helpful with choosing what would be best for me. He's amazing and mattress firm is quite lucky to have him Thank you Roger

Dena Ingram was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She knew when to offer advice and when to allow time for contemplation and test time. I tried comparing to BJs and because you dont have the ability to test the mattresses, there was no comparison. It was easy to order and the gentleman who assisted when my friends went to pick up the mattress was very helpful, offered water and was very polite. They gave him a five star for service as well! I thought I had ordered a 18 high mattress frame and when I checked today, it was only 14 high, that was the only disappointment. Five Stars for Mattress Firm!
