WE DEALT WITH AN EXCELLENT YOUNG LADY DEJA WALKER WHO TRULY LISTENED TO OUR NEEDS AND MADE SOME GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE MATTRESS ADEQUATE TO OUR REQUIREMENTS. SHE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, PERSONABLE, AND WHAT AMAZED ME ( being in Real Estate sales myself) HER FOLLOW UP!!! SHE SET UP THE DELIVERY AND FOLLOWED IT UP EVERY STEP OF THE WAY, AND AFTER OUR FIRST NIGHT SLEEP CALLED ME TO SEE "HOW WE DID WITH THE REST"...Way to go Deja! AND THANK YOU AS WE BOTH HAD AN EXCELLENT NIGHT SLEEP AND NO LOWER BACK ACHE... THANK YOU AGAIN. THE BONITA SHOWROOM IS REALLY WONDERFUL WITH SERVICE AND SELECTION!

I needed to buy a mattress for my Mom and went into the Bonita store with my twin granddaughters. Deja went above and beyond to see to my needs and offer the girls stickers, water and a treat! Her kindness went a long way to make our experience a very exceptional one. She is a true asset to this location. Thanks Deja!

We had a terrific experience at this Mattress Firm location. The store manager, Deja, is very knowledgeable about beds in general, their own product line, and factors influencing sleep quality. Beyond that, she facilitated a remote purchase, so we will not have to schlep around Washington DC, possibly missing valuable time enjoying the cherry blossoms; rather, our mattress will be delivered the day after we arrive. And, the mattress we purchased is super comfortable!

Love Love Love this Mattress Firm location! Our first experience was with Erica who was awesome. Needed another mattress for our guest room and came back. Elaine helped us and was very helpful and friendly. Purchased the mattress today with Austin the store manager who was fabulous. So friendly and helpful. Willing to answer all and any questions. Shout out to their delivery service who are very courteous and on time.
