VERY HELPFULL! Robert has always been very helpful when bringing the truck in for service. He particularly helped me out this time in bringing the truck in without an appointment due to a check engine light as I was to leave on a trip the same day. This truck had to have lifters and valves replaced at 10,000 miles and again around 20,000 miles. Its also had to have computer reprogramed due to one cylinder not firing correctly. This truck has been a disappointment for sure but Robert has always been extremely helpful. This particular time he was understanding of my situation and saved my vacation. THANK YOU ROBERT.

We brought our 2018 Buick enclave in because the car wouldnt get gas up run rough when idling stall at the traffic light and buck at times did not have enough power when taking off was running terrible right after a fill up, run it in the service shop, finally figured out after two visits that it was the purge valve solenoid, which ended up being covered by warranty, and we were very thankful. I would also like to say that the waiting room could use a bit of help. They wouldnt know snacks available at the time we arrived. Everything was wiped out. No fruit available at all. Would like to see some better healthier choices maybe granola bar, bananas and apple or some juice is available that we had a very good experience with Brandy the service advisor and all the service men who fixed this issue finally its done we are very happy and look forward to a long future together Update The car is NOT fixed as of yet its the third time going in first time they changed the transmission fluid. They said it was going to most likely be the problem. Next time the car went in for a visit they change the purge valve solenoid said that was the problem Now for the 3rd visit lets see what happens Under warranty no answers they dont know how to fix this issue obviously Very disappointed Got rid of this car they could not fix it liars they dont know what theyre doing. They want you to buy their car so they dont fix yours.stay away from these THEIVES!

I have purchased many vehicles in my life, but Richey gmc stands tall above the rest. Not only does the sales people know their job, but the service is a solid 5 star. Sonny Fussell was great and kept me in the know every step of my vehicles progress. I would definitely recommend Richey gmc. Again thank you for all your help.
