Today, we viewed these apartment and not only was the complex wonderful but Stella was fabulous. She was so kind and helpful. Thank you for your time and wonderful service, Stella!

The maintenance on this apartments are terrible, I have been putting request after request and the problems are never solve, they never come and fix the issues. Also it's a terrible place to have a vehicle, cars get broken into and motorcycles get stolen and the administration doesn't care or even put cameras on their parking lot to prevent this ongoing problem. To quote directly the manager after finding out the motorcycle got stolen told me "good luck with that"

I would just want to take a moment out of my day to say how much I appreciate the team the maintenance (in my experience) works hard they are always busting their humps. I just find it super awesome that 0% not even $1 goes towards the pool and the grill area I found this out when I went to the office and asked (since the pool is being remodeled and should have been done over a month ago and is barely if even half way done and most likely won't reopen until after summer) if I will still have to pay for the pool since it's not open and the manager said that it's a free amenity. So I think that it's really kind that Loyd Jones pulls the money out of their own pockets and uses absolutely 0% of the rent taken renters t upkeep the pool. That's just so kind that they do that for their tenants.
