Terrible customer service. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Showed up for a job after we agreed on a price and wanted to charge me more. When I called him to talk to him about it so we could reach a deal. He got loud with me and then hung up the phone. Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

They were scheduled through Choice Home Warranty. They have made 4 trips. They get three stars because they come when they say and are responsive. However, my dryer doesn’t work, look at the video. When they came with parts on the second trip, replacing those parts didn’t fix it at all. So I waited over a week for them to get more parts and they came back and fixed it and this time the dryer “worked“. But when I used the dryer that night, it started flashing like you see in this video. The error code said it was probably a loose connection. They came back out, checked all the connections, showed me everything was working fine, it appeared to be when they left. Here we are two days later…my laundry is seriously piling up and I’m afraid they aren’t the best to figure it out. There is a bit of a language barrier too but I’ll take it up with choice who I have told repeatedly to stop sending people to my home who don’t speak fluent English. They used to send Proficient and I know them from when I had my Service Contracts with Sears. . I wish they would send them again. Service: Dryer repair

I was scheduled for service through Choice Home Warranty! I call in advance to let them know I won’t be available on the date I was scheduled! Guy answered ok not a problem! I suppose to be day later! No one showed up or call! So I called them! Same guy answered the phone with a nasty actitud not allowing me to talk! He was very confrontational! And hung up on me! Ending my claim waist in my time! Very unprofessional! I escalated the complaint to CHW!
