Discovering a trustworthy and competent service provider is a daunting task. However, once you encounter a company that makes a remarkable impact, it becomes a memorable part of your experiences. We've enlisted Pro Appliance's services for the second time in three years, and each interaction has been incredibly satisfying. Our first engagement involved fitting a 48 Sub-Zero refrigerator in our newly renovated kitchen. Recently, we called upon them again to install a 48 Jenn-Air refrigerator in our new residence. The team at Pro Appliance is exceptionally courteous and diligent, ensuring that the appliances and the surrounding environment, including the kitchen cabinets and flooring, remain undamaged. They exceed the expectations of a standard installation, demonstrating a top-notch approach to appliance installation.

In late May, my Bosch refrigerator stopped working and I was referred to Pro Appliance Installation by the property manager in my condo.On June 2nd, Chris (technician and company owner) came by to assess the issue and he ordered the parts.From June 2nd through early August, I followed up via text to check on the status of the part(s).  Long story short, I received a text on Thursday August 17th, that he (Chris) would be coming by the next day, Friday August 18th.  He never showed up and I did not receive a call or text to tell me that he could not make it.I followed up via text on Monday August 21st asking for statues and he said that he would be here the next day, August 22nd.  Once again, he did not show up, call or text me.A few days later we traded texts and he said that he had two of his top guys quit ad that he was backed up.  I asked if he still wanted to do the job and he said "of course" and that he "started it and I'll finish it" and "just to give me a couple of days."As of today, 11/20/23, I have yet to hear from Chris. While I want to be empathetic; as we all go through challenging times, I am sharing my experience because the lack of follow up was so poor and it put me in a big pickle.  Imagine being with a refrigerator for months.
