        This place used to be great now they change Mng. All the time never do anything for residents constantly change rules constantly selectively enforce the rules and single out residents they are very rude in office (Mercedes) I've bought a house here 13 years ago worst mistake in my life. Seriously reconsider renting or buying here as you will definitely regret your decision!!!! Wish I could leave 0 stars. Sincerely Sunlake Terrace Estates Home owner

        This used to be a great place to live. They even used to have things for kids to do. The new manager is simply rude and always has an attitude. Shes very unprofessional and will even go to lengths of yelling at you when youre talking calmly. The pool is closed early everyday. Its also not open on weekends. The new manager is really ruining a great place
