        Quiet place to live but also very expensive lot prices. Constantly getting notices for the silliest things so it's constant harassing. Would love to sell and move out. Not worth the headaches

        Lot fee is to high and also is not worth it And the lot fee suppose to maintain front I never seen One to clean the Community and full of leaves and Dead grass and most of them are no Lights on the front that suppose to maintain; and yes who ever mentioned the Name Jessica Blond Hair she is A terrible management and she like to pick people not her kind she see my front yard try to get green not dead like others and she see my yard getting look nice and she couldnt see others yard that not Very nice looking and whole community are full of leaves in the street you drive by Dead grass and most of the Community neighborhoods; I though if you a Real state Manager arent you suppose to have a license; now try to call corporate because paying the land rent Is not worth it if your Community neighborhood and also the manager need to change
