        The homes are beautiful but they will put things into your closing docs at the last minute & you will be stuck. Our "HOA" that is supposed to "maintain our yard" snuck in an extra $100 fee before closing that no one advised me of (not my salesperson or my loan officer through DHI Mortgage). Now that same HOA/developer is not maintaining the neighborhood while DR Horton continues to build homes and does nothing to help us. I've reached out to the area sales manager, I've reached out to corporate. No responses. Would not purchase from them again if I knew what I now know. Sneaky and bad business practices.

        I have been in my home for 10 months, of which 7 asking for a guarantee for broken ceramics and they do not solve me, I file guarantee reports, he supervised and the secretary talk and everything is like this, they are going to solve it, he does not answer my calls or msg, I demand a solution now. a disrespect
