        As long as I have been withdrawning cash from their ATM (winter 2016) they will not give me change (quarters) for a $20.00 bill since I'm not a customer there. However those bank fees I have been charged doesn't apply. Time to go to a friendly professional bank in the area! My advice, avoid dealing with them at all cost.
