All In Credit Union

If you like being disrespected and lied to your face, go with these clowns. Made an appointment to open a business checking account and informed the branch manager about closing other accounts. Well there was no problem in paying to close the accounts but was told there is a 24 hour waiting period before opening the new account. After getting the receipt back the branch manager tells me its actually a year... How deceitful and unprofessional. She should be ashamed of her self for going out of her way to lie and not even apologize. I recommend anyone to stay away from these charlatans and go across the street to Eglin Federal Credit Union for professional service who actually have respect for their costumers.

Extremely happy as a new member to my All In in Crestview. Everyone Ive interacted with so far has been great. But Id like to especially point out Ms Brittany Brunson for taking great care of me getting started with All In. In only just two in-person meetings and the rest in remote communication, Ive never had this sort of care and attention at a banking institution. Ever. Like, Im a nobody but after this kind of service, I feel like a somebody. But its not like that sort of fake service feeling you might get at most other places. Shes just super professional. To put it simply, she just literally gets IT done (for lack of a better word, to be honest), but does it in a way where you feel like you were a family member and shes simply helping family out. Like you could literally throw anything at her and she knows the answers and offers to knock it out before you even think about it. Overall, Im really, really grateful and appreciative of the service. And on top of it all, I really like the offerings available with this credit union. Im so unexpectedly happy I decided to bank here!
